Information platform

The main objective of the project is to disseminate the results achieved within the framework of the technical work performed by the prostep ivip Association. As in previous years, regular webinars on a variety of different topics addressed in the project groups were again offered for this purpose in 2023. They comprise a half-hour presentation by representatives of the respective project group followed by Q&A session and a discussion. The webinars are open to all members of the association. Selected topics are also made available to a wider public.

Milestones 2023

The fact that the webinars held in 2023 attracted an average of around 25 international participants indicates the high level of interest shown in the topics addressed by the prostep ivip Association. A number of different topics were presented, including the Smart Systems Engineering project, the Digital Data Package, JT and the results of the AI Marketplace.
It was also possible to once again hold in-person events. The information platform provided support for planning and implementing the JT Day held at Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach and the STEP Day held at Airbus in Toulouse, thus helping to spread the word about the great work being performed in association's projects.

Outlook 2024

The series of events will continue in 2024 with webinars and possibly a topic-specific event on the subject of software in the product. According to current plans, the project groups Digital Data Package, MBx IF and a number of others are on the agenda.
