How can AI be integrated into collaborative engineering without compromising compliance or trust?
In this FAICE Project webinar, we explored exactly that through two concrete use cases demonstrated live. Markus, Uwe and Rik showcased how a Standards Chatbot and SysML Assistant can bring AI into engineering workflows using secure architectures rather than generic AI approaches. In between, we also unpacked how evolving license models fundamentally shape what AI systems can and cannot do in industrial contexts. Together, the session highlighted a clear direction: AI in engineering only scales when governance, data readiness, and collaboration are designed in from day one.
