STEP Hotline

As a member of the ProSTEP iViP Association group 1 (users), you can send an e-mail with your special request concerning your data exchange with STEP to the STEP Hotline. Please use the request form for your questions via e-mail to handle them specifically.

Each member of group 1 (users) has 10 hours STEP Hotline support free of charge. You will find more detailed information concerning the scale of benefits in section service level.
