LOTAR Way of Working


The following structure is the basis for collaboration in order to address the current topics highly effective:
Common workshops and telephone meetings - results of working groups are integrated in LOTAR
3 main working groups in 2007/2008:
  • LTA of CAD 3D geometry (Snecma, Airbus)

  • LTA of CAD 3D with GD&T (Snecma, Airbus, Dassault, Boeing)

  • LTA of PDM (EADS-MAS, BAE Systems, Airbus, Boeing)
    • Agreement to pay a fee by each aerospace active company 10 k€ to 20 k€, according to other contributions of companies
    5 common workshops (ASD-STAN – AIA) agreed in 2008:

    Structure of work packages

    The workload of LOTAR has been structured into eight different packages. All packages are clearly defined and scheduled.
